Applicant seeks to invoke the original jurisdiction of this court by virtue of an application for writ of habeas corpus. It is his prayer that this court set aside the judgment of contempt against him by the Court of Appeals, Second Supreme Judicial District, ordering him confined to jail for five days and to pay a $500.00 fine.
