Petitioner Robert Holleman appeals the district court's denial of his petition for a writ of habeas corpus under 28 U.S.C. § 2254. Holleman was convicted of felony murder following a jury trial in state court. He unsuccessfully challenged his conviction in the Indiana Supreme Court and then brought this habeas action.
