This is an action under Section 7 of the Clayton Act, 15 U.S.C. § 18, in which the Government attacks certain aspects of the acquisition of defendant EMW Ventures Incorporated by defendant Waste Management, Inc. The acquisition in question was closed on February 27, 1981.
