As pertinent here V.T.C.A. Penal Code, § 21.07(a)(3) provides that a person commits an offense if in a public place he "knowingly engages in ... an act of sexual contact," and for purposes of sexual offenses denounced in Chapter 21 "sexual contact" means, again as germane here, "any touching of ... any part of the genitals of another person with intent to arouse or gratify the sexual...
