Suit was brought on a sworn account by Central Soya Company, Inc., hereinafter referred to as "Soya", against Charles D. Crow, d/b/a Indian Mound Fisheries and hereinafter referred to as "Crow", for amounts alleged to be due on the sale of fish feed sold by Soya to Crow.
