COHEN, Judge:

Respondent determined a deficiency in petitioner's 1978 income taxes of $52,757 and additions to tax, pursuant to section 6653(b)1 and section 6654, in the amounts of $26,378 and $1,576, respectively.

Petitioner no longer contests that he had unreported income for 1978, and the parties have agreed that the correct amount...
