On February 2, 1981, a First Amended Complaint, verified by the Plaintiffs, was filed with this Court seeking injunctive relief and damages as a result of the alleged suspension/expulsion of the minor Plaintiffs, Craig Darby and Peter Charles Falkenstern (hereinafter Darby and Falkenstern).
