The respondent was convicted of several criminal charges based on two separate State Grand Jury indictments. Under Indictment SGJ 51-78-4 defendant was found guilty by a jury of conspiracy to obstruct justice in violation of N.J.S.A. 2A:98-1(h) and 2A:98-2, of using a corporation to commit fraud in violation of N.J.S.A. 2A:111-14, and of two instances of false swearing in violation of N.J.S.A. 2A:131-4.
