In this action for personal injuries, plaintiff alleges negligence and breach of implied warranty in the manufacture of an automobile which she purchased March 13, 1973. Plaintiff alleges that on November 18, 1973, the transmission slipped into gear causing the automobile to run over her, resulting in severe injuries. Plaintiff originally filed this action in the Circuit Court of Bates County, Missouri, on November 10, 1978...
