MAYFIELD, Chief Judge.

The appellant was found guilty of possession of cocaine with intent to deliver and was sentenced to ten years. He was also found guilty of possession of marijuana and Valium and fines were imposed for those offenses. He appeals only the conviction for possession with intent to deliver and his first contention is that the jury's verdict was contrary to the law and evidence.
