PER CURIAM:
The Court of Appeals has reversed the defendant's conviction because of the improper admission of evidence of prior similar acts during his trial. Because we are persuaded that the evidence was not so prejudicial as to deny the defendant a fair trial, we reverse the Court of Appeals judgment.

The defendant was charged with four separate deliveries of heroin.
