This appeal challenges the scheme by which the professional activities of chiropractors are defined and limited. Van Wyk, a chiropractor, was enjoined from (1) performing acupuncture, (2) withdrawing, or ordering withdrawal of, his patient's blood for analysis, and (3) prescribing or recommending a dietary course of treatment.
