This action arises out of an unsuccessful attempt by the plaintiff to sell a parcel of land located in Falls Township, Bucks County, known as "Rock Run." On April 10, 1978, the plaintiff entered into an agreement of sale of Rock Run that depended, in part, upon the final approval by the Township of development plans for the parcel.
