BLEIL, Justice.

First Employees Insurance Company appeals from a judgment in this worker's compensation cases, complaining that the trial court erred in refusing its request that all exhibits be sent to the jury. The judgment effectuates a jury verdict finding that Jessie Skinner was injured on the job, resulting in total and permanent incapacity. We affirm.

Rule 281, Tex.R.Civ.P., provides in pertinent part that,
