This is an appeal from a default judgment. Dal Tex Machine and Tool Company, Inc. sued Raymond R. Butler, Sr. individually and d/b/a Butler Machine and Tool for liquidated and unliquidated damages and sequestration of tools and equipment which were in Butler's possession.
