JORDAN, Justice.
Appellant was convicted in January of 1979 of aggravated robbery of a Zale's Jewelry Store in Arlington, Texas. His punishment, enhanced by one prior felony conviction to which he pled true, was set by the jury at fifty years in the Texas Department of Corrections.
