Plaintiffs, Ambiance, Inc., Saul Cantor, Inc. and Saul Cantor (collectively "Ambiance"), in an action commenced in this Court obtained a default judgment against the defendant Commodore General Insurance Company ("Commodore") in the sum of $818,613.15. Ambiance, in an effort to enforce the judgment, moves for an order to: (1) join Citibank N.A. ("Citibank") and the Superintendent of Insurance of the State of New York...
