Plaintiffs Fernando Alvarado and Huberto Franco appeal from the order of the superior court denying their "Request for Relief from Judgment Pursuant to Code of Civil Procedure Section 473 and Request that a Trial de Novo be Ordered" after a judgment had been entered upon an arbitrator's award pursuant to Code of Civil Procedure section 1141.23.
