ROBERTSON, Judge.

Benjamin C. Copeland (Copeland) appeals his conviction of dealing in a narcotic, Ind. Code 35-48-4-1. Copeland was found guilty of two counts of dealing in hydromorphine.

We affirm in part and reverse in part.
