Faulkner Advertising Associates, Inc. ("Faulkner") has moved for summary judgment. Plaintiff, Goodway Marketing, Inc. ("Goodway") filed the underlying complaint claiming Faulkner owed it certain sums. In this motion, Faulkner asserts that the amount owed was disputed and was resolved by accord and satisfaction.
