ALAIMO, Chief Judge.

The defendant Synalloy Corporation (hereinafter Synalloy) has moved this Court for an Order adjudicating the viability of its first defense to these actions. In that defense, Synalloy contends that this Court lacks jurisdiction to entertain the actions because the plaintiffs' exclusive remedies fall within the provisions of the Georgia Workers' Compensation Act dealing with occupational diseases.
