Plaintiffs Factors Etc., Inc. ("Factors") and Boxcar Enterprises, Inc. ("Boxcar") brought this action alleging that defendants Pro Arts, Inc. ("Pro Arts") and Stop and Shop Companies, Inc. ("Stop and Shop") infringed their exclusive right to exploit the name and likeness of Elvis Presley. The Court granted plaintiffs' motion for a preliminary injunction, 444 F.Supp. 288 (S.D.N.
