Suit was started in the Circuit Court for Wayne County, Michigan, alleging a violation of Michigan's Elliott-Larsen Civil Rights Act, M.C.L.A. § 37.2101 et seq. Defendant, a Pennsylvania corporation, removed it to this court on the grounds of diversity asserting its principal place of business was in Pennsylvania...
