This adversary proceeding was initiated by the plaintiff Whirlpool Corporation to determine the debtor Plad, Inc.'s interest in certain machinery and, if the court determined that Plad had an interest in this machinery, to obtain relief from the automatic stay pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 362(d). First American Bank subsequently intervened in this proceeding to assert a security interest in the debtor's inventory...
