Ruch, the claimant in this unemployment compensation case, has appealed from an order of the Unemployment Compensation Board of Review denying him benefits under Section 402(a) of the Unemployment Compensation Law, 43 P.S. § 802(a) which declares that an "employe shall be ineligible for compensation for any week . . . [i]n which his employment is due to failure, without good cause, . . . to accept suitable...
