Appellant was found guilty by a jury of three counts of kidnapping (A.R.S. § 13-1304); two counts of child molestation (A.R.S. § 13-1410); one count of aggravated assault (A.R.S. § 13-1204) and one count of attempted child molestation (A.R.S. §§ 13-1001 and 13-1410).
