Ben C. Rowe brought this action to quiet title to certain land located in Yuma County. The Yuma County Superior Court granted defendant Arthur C. Schultz, Jr. a summary judgment and Rowe appealed. We have jurisdiction over this matter pursuant to A.R.S. §§ 12-120.21(A) and 12-2101(B).
