This case is now before this court on the motion of the plaintiff for allowance of reasonable attorney's fees brought pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1988 and 28 U.S.C. § 2412. Plaintiff's original cause of action arose out of the termination of his employment by the Veterans Administration at its Jefferson Barracks Hospital as a Research Endocrinologist.
