OPINION BY JUDGE BLATT, November 5, 1982:

Joseph Leskin (claimant) appeals an order of the Workmen's Compensation Appeal Board (Board) which affirmed a referee's determination that he was no longer eligible for compensation because his disability had ceased.

On December 5, 1977, the claimant sustained a compensable back injury while in the course of his employment with the Coca-Cola Bottling Company of New York (employer). On June 16, 1980, a petition to terminate...
