This case arose out of an accidental injury sustained by Oakley W. Coffey, appellee, on December 9, 1975, while he was employed by Giant Food, Inc., one of the appellants herein. Appellee filed a claim for compensation with the Workmen's Compensation Commission (WCC) naming the appellant, Giant Food, Inc., and its insurer, Travelers Insurance Company, as respondents.
