This matter is before the Court for a decision on the merits of plaintiffs' complaint, following trial to the Court. The plaintiffs seek damages for losses sustained when two barges broke away from their moorings at Great Lake Carbon's (GLC) dock facility on the Mississippi River near St. Louis.
