We are faced with two basic issues in this appeal from an order of the juvenile court terminating the parent-child relationship between appellant and her two daughters. The first issue is the effect of the recent United States Supreme Court decision of Santosky v. Kramer, ___ U.S. ___, 102 S.Ct. 1388, 71 L.Ed.2d 599 (1982), on Arizona's termination of parental rights statute, A.R.S. § 8-537. The second and more difficult issue...
