Appellant, indicted for kidnapping, sexual assault and attempted robbery with a prior conviction of breaking and entering, was found guilty by a jury on all counts. He admitted the prior conviction during his testimony at trial. Appellant was sentenced to concurrent prison terms of 10.5 years each on the kidnapping and assault conviction and three years on the attempted robbery.
