This action for recovery of allegedly overpaid taxes for the years 1977 and 1978 was resolved pursuant to an agreement between the parties. On October 19, 1981, this court entered judgment in favor of the plaintiff for taxes overpaid for 1977, in the amount of $1,283.00, plus interest, and judgment in favor of the defendant and dismissal...
