BACKGROUND

The crash which destroyed the Saberliner aircraft which was the subject of this lawsuit occurred on June 14, 1975. On December 31, 1981 this Court entered judgment for plaintiff for the full stipulated value of the aircraft, $1,787,872. 529 F.Supp. 1220.
