These are adversary proceedings for relief from the automatic stay. Plaintiff is the pension system of the University of Puerto Rico, a public corporation created by Act No. 135 of May 7, 19421. Pursuant to its organic act, the University is required to establish a pension system and is required to include a loan plan2 as a part of the system.
