This case arises from a decree of the Superior Court (Goode, J.) approving a Master's (Robert A. Carignan, Esq.) recommendation to dismiss the plaintiff's "Petition for right to appeal" (RSA 281:42) from a decision of the labor commissioner. We affirm.
