Plaintiffs filed a two-count complaint against defendant alleging a cause of action for wrongful dishonor in Count I and conversion of plaintiffs' funds in Count II. In support of Count I plaintiffs averred that they deposited $9,145.43 in their checking account on September 14 or 15, 1980, informing defendant that the funds would be promptly disbursed to various individuals.
