Appellants have tried for four years to elude the impact of Art. 81, § 8 (7) (a), Md. Ann. Code (1980 Repl. Vol.) by appealing the tax assessments on their respective homes to the Property Tax Assessment Appeal Board, the Maryland Tax Court, the Circuit Court for Harford County (Higinbothom, J.), and now this Court.
