This is the second time this case has been before this court, and it follows the Arizona Supreme Court's review of our first decision. The defendant, Mickey L. Clifton, was charged by indictment with two counts of grand theft by false representations and one count of attempted grand theft by false representations.1 During trial in July, 1979, defendant Clifton moved for judgment of acquittal as to all counts...
