The appellant, Kenneth A. Vinall, D.D.S., P.C., an Arizona professional corporation, was the plaintiff in the trial court. The issue raised in its complaint became moot, but the appellees/defendants, Jon A. Hoffman and wife, prevailed on a counterclaim.
