Johnson (appellant) appeals here from an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County which affirmed an order of the Department of Transportation, Bureau of Traffic Safety (Department) revoking his motor vehicle operating privileges for five years. The revocation was ordered pursuant to the habitual offender provision of the Vehicle Code. Section 1542 of the Vehicle Code (Code), 75 Pa. C.S. § 1542.<...
