The plaintiff's Complaint alleges that a debt in the amount of $2539.11 owed by the debtor, Csaba Kovacs ("Kovacs" or "the debtor") to the plaintiff, Dominic Munafo ("Munafo") is nondischargeable pursuant to 11 U.S.C.
