Plaintiff appeals as of right from two orders entered in the Oakland County Circuit Court which summarily disposed of its actions against defendants, B. Elliott, Ltd. (hereinafter Elliott-Canada), and B. Elliott, Inc. (hereinafter Elliott-Delaware).
