Memorandum Findings of Fact and Opinion

SCOTT, Judge:

Respondent determined a deficiency in Federal estate tax of the estate of Jess H. Quinn, deceased, Gerald Kranau and the Gothenburg State Bank and Trust Company, co-executors, in the amount of $189,051.70. By amendment to answer respondent alleged that the proper deficiency in estate tax for Mr. Quinn's estate was $284,953.88.
