PER CURIAM.

Plaintiffs appeal as of right from the trial court's order granting summary judgment in favor of defendant Detroit Automobile Inter-Insurance Exchange (DAIIE) pursuant to GCR 1963, 117.2(1).

Plaintiffs' decedent died as a result of injuries sustained when struck by an automobile driven by Helen Malvitz and owned by Jimmie Bogan, Jr. The accident occurred on January 20, 1977. On January 11, 1980, plaintiffs commenced this wrongful death action....
