ORDER
CARRIGAN, District Judge.
Defendant Aetna Casualty and Surety Company (hereafter, "Aetna") moves for summary judgment pursuant to F.R.Civ. Proc. 56, contending that there is no genuine issue of material fact and that it is entitled to judgment as a matter of law. Plaintiff Katherine J. Lucas opposes this motion.
