Petitioner Ainsworth Jackson ("Jackson") has filed a pro se motion pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2255 seeking to vacate a sentence imposed in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania in 1973, a sentence from which he was unconditionally released in 1979.
