CORNISH, Judge:

The appellant was convicted of Escape From a Penal Institution in Pottawatomie County District Court. He was sentenced to two (2) years' imprisonment.

On June 16, 1980, Owens entered the custody of the Oklahoma Department of Corrections pursuant to a Canadian County robbery conviction. On July 7, 1980, Owens was transported from the Lexington Treatment Center to the Pottawatomie...
