This appeal arises out of the issuance by the district court of a permanent injunction against infringement of a registered trademark. District Judge Patricia J. Boyle found that defendants' use of a mark infringed the registered trademark of plaintiff and thus violated § 32(1)(a) of the Lanham Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1114(1)(a).
